YJV Consulting was established in mid 2017 by Yarman J. Vachha to assist clients in the professional services industry with consulting, advisory and mentoring services. We also provide independent and non-executive director services.
We bring nearly four decades of hands-on experience at the coal face of professional services organisations. We have a deep understanding of the issues that professional services businesses face on a day-to-day basis, and the challenges of adapting to a rapidly changing markets and circumstances.
Our experience is global but we have a particular expertise in the professional services market in APAC, India and Middle East and in what firms and their partners and executives need to do to remain competitive and profitable. We deliver you workable solutions and implementation plans.
Our mantra is to “play it with a straight bat” – we advise clients in a friendly but candid manner about their options, and support them in achieving results.

Yarman is the Singapore-based Managing Director of YJV Consulting.
Yarman has nearly four decades of experience operating in corporates and professional services firms as an accountant, CFO and COO. He has worked across APAC and the Middle East in large global organisations and in small and mid-sized domestic firms.
Yarman brings financial rigor, operational and management knowhow and personal likeability to negotiate the business and professional challenges firms and their executives face.
